Lisa M. Robinson, Esq.

Partnering attorney Lisa M. Robinson earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree with high honors from Alfred University in 1992. Following her undergraduate experience, she was employed at DeFrancisco & Falgiatano Law where she primarily worked on personal injury suits, assisting with plaintiff work. After many years in the legal field she continued on her education at Syracuse University. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University College of Law in 2004. During her time at Syracuse University, she was a member of the Syracuse Law Review, as well as the Justinian Honor Society.

While practicing as an attorney Lisa has gained extensive legal skills and knowledge. Attorney Robinson has extensive experience in representing victims of serious personal injuries, geriatric medical malpractice, and products liability. Prior to rejoining the DeFrancisco & Falgiatano Law Firm, Ms. Robinson was a leader in the practice areas of long-term care, medical malpractice, and product liability at her previous firm, GoldbergSegalla. She is well versed in litigating medical malpractice cases, having handled over hundreds of cases during her time as an attorney. Ms. Robinson now focuses her practice on product liability and long-term care practice. During her time as an attorney Lisa has successfully defended victims of medical negligence, errors in care, motor vehicle accidents, and defective products. Lisa also has extensive trial experience and has reached several favorable verdicts for her clients.

Attorney Robinson has admissions in New York State, U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Western, and Southern Districts of New York, and the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
